Where to find the model number

Look for the manufacturer’s rating plate / model & serial number label. It is often a sticker or metal plate, not the logo on the front.

Washer

Open the door or lid: check the door edge, the opening frame, or beneath the lid. Sometimes on the rear panel.

Dryer

Check the inside of the door and the door opening frame; sometimes the rear panel.

Refrigerator / Freezer

Look on an inside side wall, near or behind a crisper drawer, or on the door frame. Some models have a label at the back.

Dishwasher

Open the door and check the left/right door edge or the tub frame near the opening.

Range / Oven

Check around the oven door frame, behind the bottom storage drawer or kick panel, or beneath the cooktop on certain models.

Take a clear photo showing the full model and serial number. If you cannot find the label, send us an overall photo of your appliance instead. Do not move heavy appliances or remove electrical panels just to find it.
